摘　　要：当前,我国动物疫病防控领域实验室存在现场实时快速诊断技术落后、检测工作滞后、疫病监测数据不能实时共享分析、重大动物疫病预警不及时、应急处置协调复杂困难等问题。探索建立重大动物疫病远程实时监测预警大数据云平台等新型监测模式是当前动物疫病防控信息化的当务之急。本文介绍了目前动物疫病防控净化的新型监测模式——现场快速诊断检测与远程监测云平台的构建与实际应用情况。上述平台的构建与应用,在创新推动我国重大动物疫病净化工作的同时,重点解决了当前动物疫病防控净化过程中传统实验室检测效率较低、检测数据不能够互联互通等问题,为创新我国动物疫病防控净化新型监测模式提供了借鉴,同时也为我国动物疫病防控净化提供了强而有力的技术支撑。Currently,a number of problems are present in the laboratories responsible for animal disease control in China,including backward fi eld diagnostic technologies,delayed detection,surveillance data that cannot be shared or analyzed in real time,slow early warning system for major animal diseases,and complex and diffi cult emergency response and coordination,etc.It is an urgent task to establish new monitoring modes such as a remote real-time monitoring and early warning big-data cloud platform.In the paper,such a new mode was introduced.By the mode,the purifi cation of major animal diseases was promoted,and such problems as low effi ciency of traditional laboratory test,non-interoperability of test data and others during current process of prevention,control and purification of animal disease were solved,which provided a reference for innovating a new monitoring mode,and strong technical support for the prevention,control and purifi cation of animal diseases in China.
