摘　　要：采用气流粉碎、湿法造粒工艺制备10%苯噻·苄嘧·硝磺水面漂浮颗粒剂。通过对配方中的漂浮载体、分散剂、憎水剂、稳定剂等的筛选,确定最佳配方为苯噻酰草胺8.2%、苄嘧磺隆0.6%、硝磺草酮1.2%,亚甲基双萘磺酸钠8%、玻璃漂珠26%、憎水剂硅烷基粉末4%、稳定剂JHW-51%、硫酸钠补足100%。该产品流动性、稳定性佳,水面扩散性好,各项指标符合漂浮颗粒剂的质量技术要求。Mefenacet·bensulfuron methyl·mesotrione 10%float granule was prepared by air crushing and wet granulation.Through the screening of floating carrier,dispersant,hydrophobic agent and anti-decomposant in the formula,the best formula was 8.2%mefenacet,0.6%bensulfuron methyl,1.2%mesotrione,8%dispersing agent NNO,26%glass beads,4%hydrophobic agent,1%JHW-5 and sodium sulfate added up to 100%.The product has good liquidity,stability and water diffusion,and the indicators meet the requirements of float granule.
