摘　　要：为了有效防控番茄灰霉病等作物病害,开展了40%啶酰菌胺·咯菌腈水悬浮剂的配方研制和应用评价。采用湿法研磨工艺筛选了润湿分散剂、结构稳定剂、防冻剂等助剂种类及其用量,确定了40%啶酰菌胺·咯菌腈水悬浮剂的最优配方,即啶酰菌胺30%(折百)、咯菌腈10%(折百)、分散剂EO/PO嵌段聚醚500LQ 1%、多聚芳基醚硫酸酯FD 3%、乙氧基多聚芳基酚磷酸酯铵盐SC 2%、乙二醇5%、防腐剂卡松0.2%、消泡剂6300.5%、黄原胶0.2%、硅酸镁铝1%、柠檬酸0.1%,去离子水补足。该制剂配方悬浮性优,贮存稳定性好,各项技术指标均符合水悬浮剂的标准要求,且对番茄灰霉病有较高的防治效果。The formulation and field control efficacy of boscalid·fludioxonil 40%SC were studied using wet grinding process,and the optimal formula were obtained as follow:boscalid 30%,fludioxonil 10%,EO/PO block polyethe 500LQ 1%,polyaryl ether sulfate FD 3%,ethoxy polyarylphenol phosphate ammonium salt SC 2%,glycol 5%,antiseptic agent 0.2%,defoamer 6300.5%,collagen 0.2%,aluminum magnesium silicate 1%,citric acid 0.1%and the remaining deionized water.The product had excellent suspensibility,storage stability,and good control against the tomato gray mould Botrytis cinerea at the application rate of 1:1000 dilution.
