摘  要:本试验旨在研究饲粮不同消化能水平对25~35 kg陕北白绒山羊公羔生长性能、营养物质表观消化率和血清生化指标的影响。选取体况良好、体重为(26.27±1.49)kg的6月龄陕北白绒山羊公羔32只,采用单因子随机区组设计分为4组,每组8只羊。各组试验羊饲喂粗蛋白质水平为11.06%,消化能水平分别为9.28(Ⅰ组)、9.77(Ⅱ组)、10.27(Ⅲ组)和10.77 MJ/kg(Ⅳ组)的饲粮,饲养试验预试期15 d,正试期60 d,当试验羊平均体重达到35 kg时,每组选择3只羊进行为期13 d的消化代谢试验,其中预试期7 d,正试期6 d。结果表明:1)Ⅱ组试验羊平均干物质日采食量和平均日增重最高,料重比最低,但各组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。2)试验羊增重收益和经济效益以Ⅱ组最高,Ⅰ组次之,Ⅳ组最低,各组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。3)Ⅱ组摄入总能、消化能和能量表观消化率均最高,摄入总能极显著高于Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组(P<0.01),消化能显著高于Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组(P<0.05),能量表观消化率显著高于Ⅳ组(P<0.05);Ⅰ组粪能最高,Ⅱ组次之,Ⅲ组最低,Ⅰ组极显著高于Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组(P<0.01)。4)干物质、有机物、粗蛋白质、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维和粗纤维表观消化率均以Ⅱ组最高,且呈现出随着消化能水平的提高表现出先升高后降低的趋势;其中,干物质表观消化率极显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.01),显著高于Ⅳ组(P<0.05),有机物表观消化率显著高于Ⅳ组(P<0.05),中性洗涤纤维表观消化率极显著高于Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组(P<0.05),酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率极显著高于其他3组(P<0.01),粗纤维表观消化率极显著高于Ⅳ组(P<0.01),显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),粗蛋白质表观消化率极显著高于Ⅳ组(P<0.01)。粗脂肪表观消化率Ⅱ组最低,极显著低于Ⅳ组(P<0.01),且表现出随着消化能水平的提高而逐渐升高的趋势。5)饲粮不同消化能水平对试验羊血清总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和总蛋白含量�This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary different digestive energy levels on growth performance,apparent digestibility of nutrients and serum biochemical indices of 25 to 35 kg male Shaanbei white cashmere goats.A total of 32 healthy 6-month-old male Shaanbei white cashmere goats with similar body weight[(26.27±1.49)kg]were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups(groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣ)using a single-factor randomized block design.The crude protein(CP)level was 11.06%,and groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣwere fed four diets with different digestive energy levels(9.28,9.77,10.27 and 10.77 MJ/kg,respectively).The feeding experiment lasted for 60 days,and then 3 goats per group were selected for a digestion and metabolism trial after the goats in each group reached 35 kg of average body weight,and the pretrial and trial lasted for 7 and 6 days,respectively.The results showed as follows:1)goats in groupⅡhad the greatest average daily dry matter intake and average daily weight gain,while the lowest feed to gain ratio(F/G).However,there was no significant difference among groups(P>0.05).2)The weight gain and economic benefits in groupⅡwere the greatest among groups,followed by groupsⅠ,ⅢandⅣ.However,no significant difference among groups were observed(P>0.05).3)GroupⅡhad the highest gross energy intake,digestible energy and energy apparent digestibility.The gross energy intake was extremely significantly higher than that in groupⅢandⅣ(P<0.01),and digestive energy was significantly higher than that in groupsⅢandⅣ(P<0.05),the energy apparent digestibility was significantly higher than that in groupⅣ(P<0.05);groupⅠhad the highest fecal energy,which was significantly higher than groupsⅢandⅣ(P<0.01),groupsⅡ,andⅢwere the lowest.4)GroupⅡhad the highest the apparent digestibility of dry matter(DM),organic matter(OM),crude protein(CP),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),acid detergent fiber(ADF)and crude fiber(CP),with a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the inc
