摘  要:本试验旨在研究鱼溶浆替代鱼粉对罗氏沼虾生长性能、体组成、免疫指标和肠道消化酶活性的影响。选取健康、初始体重为(4.99±0.19)g的罗氏沼虾160尾,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复10尾虾。对照组(FM组)饲喂添加30%鱼粉的基础饲料,试验组分别饲喂用鱼溶浆替代20%(T20组)、40%(T40组)和60%(T60组)鱼粉的试验饲料。试验期43 d。结果表明:1)各组之间罗氏沼虾的增重率(WGR)、特定生长率(SGR)、成活率(SR)和饲料系数(FCR)均无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)各组之间罗氏沼虾的水分、粗蛋白质、粗灰分、粗脂肪含量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。3)各组之间罗氏沼虾的血淋巴超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、溶菌酶(LZM)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量以及肝胰腺酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性均无显著差异(P>0.05)。T40组的肝胰腺碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。4)各组之间罗氏沼虾的肠道胰蛋白酶活性无显著差异(P>0.05)。T60组的肠道淀粉酶活性显著高于T20组(P<0.05)。T60组的肠道脂肪酶活性显著低于对照组和T20组(P<0.05)。由此可见,在本试验条件下,鱼溶浆替代20%~60%的鱼粉对罗氏沼虾的生长性能和体组成无显著影响,鱼溶浆替代60%的鱼粉会降低罗氏沼虾肠道脂肪酶活性。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of replacement of fish meal by stickwater on growth performance,body composition,immune indexes and intestinal digestive enzyme activities of Macrobrachium rosenbergii.One hundred and sixty healthy Macrobrachium rosenbergii with an initial body weight of(4.99±0.19)g were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 10 prawns in each replicate.The control group(FM group)was fed a basal diet with 30%fish meal,and the experimental groups were fed the experimental diets which used stickwater replace 20%(T20 group),40%(T40 group)and 60%(T60 group)fishmeal,respectively.The experiment lasted for 43 days.The results showed as follows:1)there were no significant differences in the weight gain rate(WGR),specific growth rate(SGR),survival rate(SR)and feed conversion rate(FCR)of Macrobrachium rosenbergii among all groups(P>0.05).2)There were no significant differences in the contents of moisture,crude protein,ash and crude lipid of Macrobrachium rosenbergii among all groups(P>0.05).3)There were no significant differences in the superoxide dismutase(SOD),lysozyme(LZM)activities and malondialdehyde(MDA)content in hemolymph and hepatopancreas acid phosphatase(ACP)activity of Macrobrachium rosenbergii among all groups(P>0.05).The hepatopancreas alkaline phosphate(AKP)activity of T40 group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).4)There was no significant difference in intestinal trypsin activity of Macrobrachium rosenbergii among all groups(P>0.05).The intestinal amylase activity of T60 group was significantly higher than that of T20 group(P<0.05).The intestinal lipase activity of T60 group was significantly lower than that of control group and T20 group(P<0.05).Therefore,under the experimental conditions,replacing 20%to 60%fish meal with stickwater has no effects on the growth performance and body composition,and replacing 60%fish meal with stickwater can decrease the intestinal lipase activity of Macrobrachium rosenbergii.
