摘  要:本试验旨在探究补喂胍基乙酸和不同甲基供体物对伊犁马运动性能、糖代谢及抗氧化能力的影响。试验选取年龄为2岁、体重为(418.40±39.37) kg、2 000 m比赛成绩相近且经过良好训练的伊犁马20匹,随机分为4组,分别为对照组、胍基乙酸组、胍基乙酸+甜菜碱组、胍基乙酸+蛋氨酸组,每组5匹(3 ♂+2♀),每天每匹马饲喂4 kg精料补充料和8 kg的干牧草,在此基础上,胍基乙酸组每天每匹马补喂60 mg/kg BW的胍基乙酸,胍基乙酸+甜菜碱组每天每匹马补喂60 mg/kg BW胍基乙酸和30 mg/kg BW甜菜碱,胍基乙酸+蛋氨酸组每天每匹马补喂60 mg/kg BW胍基乙酸和152 mg/kg BW蛋氨酸,进行为期25 d的试验。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,补喂胍基乙酸、胍基乙酸+甜菜碱和胍基乙酸+蛋氨酸均可缩短伊犁马2 000 m比赛用时,胍基乙酸组在平均耗时减少和成绩提高幅度方面优于胍基乙酸+甜菜碱组,显著高于对照组和胍基乙酸+蛋氨酸组(P<0.05)。2)胍基乙酸组、胍基乙酸+甜菜碱组和胍基乙酸+蛋氨酸组间伊犁马2 000 m比赛前后心率、呼吸频率及血浆胍基乙酸、肌酸、肌酐、乳酸、葡萄糖含量和肌酸激酶活性无显著性差异(P>0.05)。3)胍基乙酸组和胍基乙酸+甜菜碱组血浆胰岛素含量在赛后即刻、赛后2 h显著高于对照组(P<0.05);胍基乙酸组血浆胰高血糖素含量在比赛前后均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),胍基乙酸+甜菜碱组在赛前2 h和赛后即刻较对照组有显著性升高(P<0.05),胍基乙酸组优于胍基乙酸+甜菜碱组。4)胍基乙酸组、胍基乙酸+甜菜碱组和胍基乙酸+蛋氨酸组血浆过氧化氢酶活性在赛后即刻均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、超氧化歧化酶活性和总抗氧化力在赛前2 h均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),丙二醛含量较对照组均有降低,胍基乙酸组总体优于胍基乙酸+甜菜碱组和胍基乙酸+蛋氨酸组。综上所述,补喂胍基乙�This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of supplementary feeding of guanidine acetic acid and different methyl donors on athletic performance,glucose metabolism and antioxidant capacity in Yili horses. Twenty well-trained Yili horses aged 2 years,with a body weight of(418.40±39.37)kg and similar race performance at 2 000 m were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups,5 horses(3♂+2♀)in each group:control group,guanidine group,guanidine +betaine group and guanidine+methionine group,respectively. Each horse was fed 4 kg concentrate supplement and 8 kg dry forage every day. On this basis,each horse in the guanidine acetic acid group was fed 60 mg/kg BW guanidine acetic acid and 30 mg/kg BW betaine every day in the guanidine acetic acid+betaine group,and each horse in the guanidine acetic acid+methionine group was fed 60 mg/kg BW guanidine acetic acid and 152 mg/kg BW methionine every day. A 25-day trial was conducted. The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,supplementation of guanidine acetic acid,guanidine acetic acid+betaine and guanidine acetic acid+methionine could shorten time of the 2 000 m race of Yili horse. The guanidine acetic acid group was better than guanidine acetic acid+betaine group on the average race time reduction and the performance improvement,and significantly higher than the control group and guanidine acetic acid+methionine group(P<0.05). 2)There were no significant differences on heart rate,respiratory rate,guanidine acetic acid,creatine,lactic acid and glucose contents and creatine kinase activity before and after 2 000 m race among guanidine acetic acid group,guanidine acetic acid+betaine group and guanidine acetic acid+methionine group(P>0.05). 3)Compared with the control group,plasma insulin content was significantly increased in the guanidine acetic acid group and guanidine acetic acid+betaine group immediately and 2 h after the race(P<0.05).
