摘 要:基于目前螺杆泵井生产中存在的小排量泵循环能力差、缺少量化的泵况诊断方法等问题,通过研制热洗辅助工具增加小排量泵的过流通道,从而提高热洗效果。应用泵效计算数学模型、选取相应地质参数,重新完成动态控制图边界的定义与划分,同时连接A5数据库,依托VS.NET平台,开发动态控制图绘制模块连接数据,形成螺杆泵井泵况诊断方法。采用前沿的技术手段,创新应用了先进的智能化管理技术实现螺杆泵井管理数字化、智能化;建立抽油杆轴向应力分布数学模型以及模拟井眼轨迹三维形态图,综合分析抽油杆载荷分布,对扶正器扶正方式进行优化布置,减少杆管偏磨及杆断脱现象。通过应用与管理实践,进一步提高螺杆泵井管理水平以及各项生产指标,保证了油井高效生产。Based on the problems existing in the production of screw pump wells,such as poor circulating capacity of small displacement pumps and lack of quantitative pump condition diagnosis methods,the overflow channel of small displacement pumps is increased by developing hot washing auxiliary tools,so as to improve the hot washing effect.The definition and division of the boundary of the dynamic control chart are completed again using the mathematical model for calculation of pump efficiency and selecting the corresponding geological parameters.At the same time,by means of A5 database and VS.NET platform,the dynamic control chart drawing module is developed and to form the pump condition diagnosis method of screw pump wells.The digital and intelligent management of screw pump wells is realized by adopting cutting-edge technical means and applying advanced intelligent management technology;The load distribution of sucker rod is comprehensively analyzed by establishing the mathematical model of axial stress distribution of sucker rod and the three-dimensional shape diagram of simulation wellbore trajectory,and the centralization mode of centralizer is optimized to reduce the eccentric wear of sucker rod and the breaking of sucker rod.Through the application and management practice,the management level and various production indexes of screw pump wells are further improved to ensure the efficient production of oil wells.
