摘  要:基于装载机平台的用于火车集装箱平整的作业装置属具(以下称作业装置),回转机构是作业装置作业的基础部件,受力比较恶劣,一旦发生断裂失效,将导致装载机无法正常工作。对回转机构的结构形式、工况应用进行分析,找出其不足,基于ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件对回转机构进行静态力学分析,提取应力云图和变形位移图。结果表明,应力应变均满足要求。最终达到提升产品设计质量的目的。Devices for leveling loose materials based on Wheel loader platform(hereinafter referred to as Working Devices),the rotary mechanism support is a basic part of Flattening Devices,the stress state is very bad.the wheel loader can not work properly because of a fracture failure has occurred on rotary mechanism support and caused customer dissatisfaction.In order to identify weaknesses,Analyzes the structural form and working condition application of rotary mechanism support,Based on ANSYS Workbench finite element ansysis platform,static mechanics analysis of the rotary mechanism support was conducted,with screen stress and deformation.The result showing the rotary mechanism support stress and strain can met application requirements.At the end,summarize the design points and experience of this structural form to improve design quality.
