摘　　要：高职高电压技术应用课程理论复杂、原理抽象,实训室实验条件有限。对高电压技术应用课程分析课程教学现状,依据变电所值班员岗位要求重构课程、分析学情构建"知行合一"教学理念进行教学改革,通过课程改革建设推动教师教学能力提升、在线开放课程建设、校企合作实训建设。The theory of high voltage technology is complicated,the principle is abstract,and the experimental conditions in the training room are limited.Analyze the teaching status of high voltage technology,reconstruct the course according to the post requirements of the duty personnel of substation,construct the teaching concept of"combination of knowledge and action"by analyzing the learning situation,carry out the teaching reform,and promote the improvement of teachers’teaching ability,the construction of online open courses,and the construction of schoolenterprise cooperation and practical training through the course reform and construction.
