高压水清焦与机械清焦技术在焦化加热炉上的应用

摘  要:由于煤焦油品质日渐重质化、劣质化,仅使用机械清焦已经不能满足工业生产需求,必须结合高压水清焦技术才能实现彻底清焦。结果表明,高压水清焦与机械清焦技术共同运用在延迟焦化加热炉上,能够以最短时间实现快速清焦,炉管达到彻底清理。与单纯机械清焦相比较,高压水清焦与机械清焦结合技术成本提高一倍,时间延长13~18 h,占清焦总时长52%~72%,高压水清焦过程中产生的污水及焦粉,应妥善处理,避免形成环境污染。With the heavy and poor quality of coal tar,only mechanical decoking can’t meet the requirements.It must be combined with high-pressure water decoking technology to realize decoking completely.The results show that the application of high pressure water decoking and mechanical decoking technology in delayed coking furnace can realize rapid coke cleaning in the shortest time and achieve the best effect.Compared with mechanical decoking,the cost of high-pressure water decoking and mechanical decoking technology is doubled,and the time is prolonged by 13~18h,accounting for 52%~72% of the total coke cleaning time.Sewage and coke powder produced during coke cleaning with high-pressure water shall be properly treated to avoid environmental pollution.
