摘 要:为了寻找一种高效的古龙酸甲酯合成工艺,助推维生素C(VC)原料生产行业实现节能减排及绿色发展。以2-酮基-L-古龙酸、甲醇为原料,浓硫酸为催化剂,在微通道反应器中合成古龙酸甲酯。考察了物料比、催化剂加量、反应温度及停留时间等因素对产品含量和转化率的影响,优化了工艺参数。实验结果表明,当反应温度为85℃时,催化剂浓硫酸的用量可减少至0.2%,反应时间可缩短至90 min;与传统釜式合成工艺相比,新工艺减少了催化剂用量,消除了过程反应放大效应和温度波动,缩短了反应时间,可提高工艺安全性。In order to find an efficient synthesis process of methyl gulongate,promote the vitamin C raw material production industry to achieve energy conservation and green development.In this paper,methyl 2-keto-L-gulonate was synthesized in a microchannel reactor using 2-keto-L-gulonic acid and methanol as raw materials and concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst.The effects of material ratio,catalyst dosage,reaction temperature and residence time on product content and conversion rate were investigated,and the technological parameters were optimized.The results show that when the reaction temperature is 85℃,the amount of concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst can be reduced to 0.2%,and the reaction time can be shortened to 90 minutes;Compared with the traditional kettle synthesis process,the new process can reduce the amount of catalyst,eliminate the reaction amplification effect and temperature fluctuation,shorten the reaction time,and improve the safety of the process.
