摘 要:目的探讨对不同部位及不同时间采血对血小板聚集率的影响。方法选取解放军第九四医院重症医学科2017年11月~2018年1月住院治疗的患者40例,所有患者入院后进行血小板聚集功能检测,并记录血小板最大集率。同一患者依据不同的采血部位分为上肢采血组和下肢采血组各20例,依据不同的采血时间分为上午采血组和下午采血组各20例,分析、比较两组患者的血小板最大聚集率,并将血小板最大聚集率与APACHEII评分进行相关分析。结果与上肢采血组血小板聚集率相比,下肢血小板聚集率明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与上午采血组血小板聚集率相比,下午血小板聚集率降低,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。上肢AA与ADP途径的血小板聚集率与APACHEII评分显著相关(P<0.01)。结论不同部位采血对血小板聚集率有影响,且上肢采血组血小板聚集率与病情严重程度密切相关,但不同时间采血对血小板聚集功能无影响。Objective To compare the influence of collecting blood at different sites and time on platelet aggregation rate.Methods 40patients hospitalized in the intensive care unit of the 94th Hospital of PLA from November 2017 to Jun 2018 were selected.All the patients received platelet aggregation function test after admission,and the maximum platelet aggregation rate was recorded.Based on different blood collection sites,the patients were divided into upper limb blood collection group(20 cases)and lower limb blood collection group(20 cases).According to different blood collection time,the patients were divided into morning blood collection group(20 cases)and afternoon blood collection group(20 cases).The results of platelet aggregation rate in the both groups were analyzed and compared,and the correlation analysis between platelet maximum aggregation rate and APACHEII score were conducted.Results Compared with the upper limb blood collection group,platelet aggregation rate of the lower limb blood collection group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Compared with the morning blood collection group,platelet aggregation rate of the afternoon blood collection group was lower,but the effect is insignificant(P>0.05).Platelet aggregation rate of AA and ADP Pathway in upper limbs is significantly correlated with APACHEII Score(P<0.01).Conclusion Blood collection at different sites can affect platelet aggregation rate,and platelet aggregation rate in the upper limb blood collection group is closely related to the severity of the disease.Blood collection at different time has no significant effect on platelet aggregation function.
