摘 要:配电网作为满足用户用电需求、提高供电可靠性的关键环节,需要完善的保护自愈控制系统来保证。介绍了配电网保护自愈控制系统的三种类型,从电源侧、负荷侧以及电网稳定性三方面介绍了配电网保护自愈控制系统的需求,简述了配电网自愈控制系统的特征,并介绍了在线状态监测、灵活可靠的通信网架以及故障隔离及恢复等自愈控制关键技术,提出并改进了智能配电网自愈控制系统的基本架构,为提高自愈控制质量提供了新思路。As a key link to meet the power demand of users and improve the reliability of power supply,distribution network needs a perfect protection self-healing control system to ensure.Three types of self-healing control systems for power distribution network protection is introdueed.This paper introduces three types of distribution network protection self-healing control system as well as the requirements of distribution network protection self-healing control system from three aspects of power supply side,load side and power grid stability.This paper also briefly describes the characteristics of distribution network self-healing control system and introduces the key technologies of self-healing control,such as on-line condition monitoring,flexible and reliable communication network and fault isolation and recovery.The basic architecture of self-healing control system of intelligent distribution network is proposed and improved,which provides a new idea for improving the quality of self-healing control.
