摘 要:当高压电力电缆通过公铁两用大桥时,电力电缆接地与铁路接地系统需共用接地装置。电力系统单相接地短路时将引起钢轨电位升高,可能会危及铁路运行安全。为此需对电力电缆接地与铁路综合接地系统共用接地装置是否可行进行研究。基于PSCAD与多导体传输线理论建立了包含电力系统与铁路系统的综合模型,研究电力系统发生单相短路故障时,钢轨电位升高对铁路系统产生的影响。仿真结果表明在输电线路短路时引起的钢轨电位抬升没有超过钢轨电位的允许值785 V,电力电缆接地可与铁路综合接地系统共用接地系统。When the high-voltage power cable passes through the highway railway bridge,power cable grounding and railway grounding system need to share grounding device.The rail potential will rise when the single-phase grounding short circuit of power system is happened,it may endanger the safety of railway operation.Therefore,it is necessary to study the feasibility of sharing grounding device between power cable grounding and railway integrated grounding system.Based on PSCAD and multi conductor transmission line theory,a comprehensive model including power system and railway system is established,the influence of rail potential rise on railway system when single-phase short-circuit fault occurs in power system is studied.The simulation results show the rail potential rise caused by short circuit of transmission line does not exceed the allowable value of rail potential 785 V,power cable grounding can share the grounding system with railway integrated grounding system.
