摘　　要：癌性厌食恶病质综合征是与癌症本身及抗癌治疗有关的复杂性代谢综合征,是晚期恶性肿瘤的严重并发症,是导致患者死亡的重要原因,厌食、机体代谢异常、细胞因子变化等促使了癌性厌食恶病质综合征的发生。本文对癌性厌食恶病质综合征的中西医治疗,进行综述分析,以期为临床提供参考。Cancer anorexia-cachexia syndrome refers to the complicated metabolic syndrome associated with the cancer or with the anti-cancer treatment.It is the severe complication of advanced cancer,and is the key factor of death.Anorexia,disorder metabolism,and the abnormal levels of cytokines promote the development of cancer anorexia-cachexia syndrome.In this article,the current status of integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment for cancer anorexia-cachexia syndrome was reviewed,and it is expected to supply evidence for the clinical practice.
