摘  要:目前我国研究应用的钢材与西方发达国家相比强度仍然偏低,且普遍存在强度提高延性降低的问题,研究开发新型高强高延性钢筋是解决我国建筑用钢问题的有效途径。为了探究NPR钢筋能否应用于海工混凝土结构,本文采用中心拔出试验对NPR钢筋与海工混凝土间的粘结性能进行了研究,观察了试件的破坏形态,并分析了钢筋类型(NPR钢筋、普通钢筋)、海工混凝土强度等级(C30F250、C40F250、C50F250)、钢筋直径(8 mm、18 mm)及粘结长度(5d、7d)对粘结强度及粘结应力-滑移曲线的影响规律。试验结果表明:钢筋类型对破坏形态、粘结强度及粘结应力-滑移曲线均有明显影响;其他条件相同时,NPR钢筋的粘结强度低于普通钢筋;并且NPR钢筋的粘结强度随粘结长度的降低、海工混凝土强度等级的提高而增大。同时,采用三段式粘结-滑移本构模型对试验实测的粘结应力-滑移曲线进行拟合;结果表明,三段式模型能够较好地描述NPR钢筋与海工混凝土粘结应力-滑移曲线的特征。At present,the strength of steel bars studied and applied in China is still lower than that in western developed countries.At the same time,there is a common problem that the strength of steel bars increases but the ductility decreases.Therefore,the research and development of new high strength and high ductility steel bars is an effective way to solve the problem of building steel in China.In order to explore whether the NPR steel bars can be applied to concrete structure,this paper studies the bond performance between the NPR steel bar and marine concrete by central pull⁃out test.In this paper,the failure mode of the specimens was observed,and the influence of reinforcement type(NPR steel bars,ordinary steel bars),strength grade of marine concrete(C30F250,C40F250,C50F250),diameter of steel bars(8 mm,18 mm)and bond length(5d,7d)on bond strength and bond stress⁃slip curve was analyzed.The results show that the type of reinforcement has a significant influence on the failure mode,bond strength and bond stress⁃slip curve.When other conditions are the same,the bond strength of NPR steel bar is lower than that of ordinary steel bar,and the bond strength of NPR reinforcement increases with the decrease of bond length and the improvement of strength grade of marine concrete.Meanwhile,the three⁃stage bond slip constitutive model is used to fit the bond stress⁃slip curve.The results show that the three⁃stagment model can better describe the characteristics of the bond stress⁃slip curve of NPR steel bar and marine concrete.
