摘 要:在工业级大型结构中,大厚度钢的应用越来越广泛,由于结构的复杂性,组件间不可避免地需要熔化焊连接;对于大厚度结构,通常采用多层多道焊,而多层多道焊的焊接工艺选择不合理或多焊缝间的焊接顺序选择不当时,会造成焊接结构的局部区域残余应力过大或焊接的残余变形过大,影响结构的服役时间。为了得到管状大厚度V形接头焊接最优工艺方案和残余应力分布规律,本研究利用非线性有限元软件Marc从多层焊焊接顺序的角度,对管状大厚度V形接头焊接残余应力场的影响进行了有限元数值分析,并通过实际测试结果进行验证。分析结果表明:在多层焊的过程中,采用对称焊接的方法得到的焊接残余应力最小;对于管状环形焊缝,内侧焊缝在焊接路径上的残余应力值大于外侧焊缝。In large-scale industrial structure, the application of heavy thickness steel is more and more extensive. Because of the complexity of the structure, it is inevitable that there will be fusion welding connection between components. For the heavy thickness structure, multi-layer multi pass welding is usually used, and the welding process selection of multi-layer multi pass welding is unreasonable or the welding sequence selection of multi weld is not right, which will result in the local residual area of the welding structure. Too much stress or welding residual deformation will affect the service time of the structure. In order to obtain the optimal welding process and the distribution of residual stress, the nonlinear finite element software Marc was used to analyze the influence of welding residual stress field of tubular thick V-joint from the point of the welding sequence of the multi-layer welding and verified by the actual test results. The results show that in the process of multi-layer welding, symmetrical welding method is used to obtain the welding residual stress field and the residual stress of the inner weld is greater than that of the outer weld.
