摘 要:采用高能球磨法将微细银粉制备成微米级的片状银粉,并探究了不同的球磨参数对于银粉形貌和粒径的影响。实验发现,球磨时间越长,银粉的成片性较好,粒径越大。且球磨转速、球料比以及球磨介质无水乙醇量的选择至关重要,过低或过高都会影响球磨效率,使得银粉的成片性变差。当球料比为10∶1,转速250 r·min^(-1),无水乙醇添加量为3 mL时,球磨制备的银粉团聚少,成片性好,银粉粒径为2~6μm。Micron⁃sized flake silver powders were successfully prepared by high⁃energy ball milling method using 1μm silver particles as raw material.The effects of ball milling parameters on the morphology and particle size of silver powders were investigated.The results show that the longer the ball milling time is used,the better the flake⁃forming property and the larger the particle size of the silver powder are obtained.The ball milling efficiency and the flake⁃forming property of the silver powders are also affected by the ball milling speed,the ball⁃to⁃material ratio and the concentration of the ball milling medium.When the ball⁃to⁃material ratio is 10∶1,the ball milling speed is 250 r·min^(-1),the ball milling time is 24 h,and the amount of anhydrous ethanol is 3 mL,the silver powders prepared by ball milling have less agglomeration and better flake⁃forming property.The particle size of the silver powder is 2-6μm.
