摘  要:针对超超临界机组汽动给水泵(汽泵)人工并泵过程耗时长、操作复杂以及给水流量波动大的问题,提出了一种基于机组状态参数自适应调整速率的自动并泵控制策略,该策略以被并入泵出口阀状态为依据,设计了3个升速阶段,每个阶段将给水流量偏差、给水母管压差、汽泵再循环阀开度等影响并泵性能的参数作为并泵速率调整因子,自适应变换并泵速率,同时根据不同的并泵负荷工况优化给水泵再循环阀控制,使得并泵过程快速平稳。在某超超临界660 MW机组控制系统进行实际组态运行,可实现多工况下自动并泵功能,运行过程表明:采用自动并泵控制策略后,在减轻运行人员并泵操作强度的同时,并泵过程给水流量波动在50 t/h以内,耗时小于8 min,有效提升了机组并泵过程的稳定性及快速性。In order to solve the problems of long time consuming,complex operation and feed-water flow rate large fluctuation in the process of manual pumping of steam-driven feed water pump of ultra supercritical units,an automatic pumping control strategy based on adaptive rate adjustment of unit state parameters was proposed.This strategy designs three speed rising stages based on the state of outlet valve incorporated into the pump.In each stage,the parameters affecting the pump performance,such as the feed water flow deviation,pressure difference to the main pipes,and the opening degree of steam-driven pump recirculation valve,are taken as adjustment factors to adjust the pump rate adaptively.Moreover,the steam-driven pump recirculation valve is optimized according to different load conditions to make the pumping process fast and stable.The control system of an ultra supercritical 660 MW unit is configured to realize automatic pumping under multiple working conditions.The actual operation process shows that,the automatic pumping control strategy can not only reduce the operation intensity of the operator,but also keep the feed water flow rate fluctuation within 50 t/h and make the time-consuming less than 8 min during the pumping process,which effectively improves the stability and rapidity of the units pumping process.
