摘  要:目的研究肾移植术后近期受者全血淋巴细胞亚群的动态变化及肾功能、他克莫司浓度的相关性分析。方法收集2019年7月到2020年11月符合纳入标准的湖北医药学院附属国药东风总医院肾移植术后患者共39例,其中男31例,女8例,年龄(43.21±9.48)岁。检测研究对象外周血淋巴细胞亚群、肾功能、他克莫司浓度。分析肾移植术后淋巴细胞亚群与肾功能、他克莫司浓度的关系。结果术后患者尿素氮、肌酐、胱抑素C、肾小球滤过率(GFR)在不同时间点间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),补体C1q在3 d后不同时间点差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);淋巴细胞亚群除抑制-细胞毒T细胞百分比、B淋巴细胞数、自然杀伤细胞数及其百分比与尿素氮没有相关性(P>0.05),余均有相关性(P<0.05);除抑制-细胞毒T细胞百分比、B淋巴细胞数、自然杀伤细胞数与肌酐没有相关性(P>0.05),余均有相关性(P<0.05);除抑制-细胞毒T细胞百分比、自然杀伤细胞数与胱抑素C没有相关性(P>0.05),余均有相关性(P<0.05);与GFR除抑制-细胞毒T细胞百分比、自然杀伤细胞百分比没有相关性(P>0.05),余均有相关性(P<0.05);除抑制-细胞毒T细胞百分比、辅助/杀伤T细胞、B淋巴细胞数、自然杀伤细胞数与补体C1q没有相关性(P>0.05),余均有相关性(P<0.05);与他克莫司浓度只有淋巴细胞百分比、B淋巴细胞百分比有相关性(P<0.05)。结论肾移植术后受者的淋巴细胞亚群与移植肾功能指标相关,并且其动态变化能够作为免疫状态的一项观察指标。【Objective】 To study the dynamic changes of the whole blood lymphocyte subsets of recipients after renal transplantation and the correlation analysis between renal function and tacrolimus concentration.【Methods】 A total of 39 patients after renal transplantation in our hospital from July 2019 to November 2020 were collected,including 31 males and 8 females,aged43.21±9.48 years old.At the same time,the peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets,renal function,and tacrolimus concentration were detected.The relationship between lymphocyte subsets and renal function,tacrolimus concentration after kidney transplantation was analyzed.【Results】 There were statistical differences in urea nitrogen,creatinine,cystatin C,and glomerular filtration rate(GFR)at different time points after operation(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference in complement C1 q at different time points after 3 days(P>0.05).The lymphocyte subsets were correlated with urea nitrogen except for the percentage of suppressor-cytotoxic T cells,the number of B lymphocytes,the number of natural killer cells and their percentages(P<0.05);except for the percentage of suppressor-cytotoxic T cells,the number of B lymphocytes,and the number of natural killer cells,the others were all correlated with creatinine(P<0.05);except for the percentage of suppressor-cytotoxic T cells,number of natural killer cells,the others were all correlated with cystatin C(P<0.05);except for the percentage of suppressor-cytotoxic T cells and the percentage of natural killer cells,the others were all correlated with GFR(P<0.05);except for the percentage of suppressor-cytotoxic T cells,helper/killer T cells,B lymphocytes,natural killer cells,the others were all correlated with complement C1 q(P<0.05);only the percentage of lymphocytes and the percentage of B lymphocytes were correlated with the concentration of tacrolimus(P<0.05).【Conclusion】 The lymphocyte subsets of recipients after kidney transplantation are related to the function of the transplanted kidney,and it
