高校师生党支部调查研究及实践探索——以师生党支部组织生活有效性研究为例

摘　　要：师生党支部是高校党建的创新成果,实现了思想政治教育与专业素质培养的无缝链接。而作为一种新型的支部方式,组织生活面临师生角色不平等、党支部划分不合理、成员间的沟通交流不足、组织生活的吸引力有待提高等问题。基于高校研究生和导师组成的师生党支部为研究对象,思考与探索提高师生党支部组织生活开展的质量。根据对研究数据的分析,建议科学设置党小组,选优配强师生党支部书记和加强支委会建设,提高组织生活内容的针对性以及创新方式方法,严格组织生活制度,从而优化支部的组织生活,强化实效性,实现导师的思想引领作用,带动研究生党员先锋模范作用的发挥,以点带面促进立德树人目标的实现。As an innovative achievement of Party building in colleges and universities,teachers’ and students’ Party branches have realized a seamless link between ideological and political education and professional quality training.As a new type of branch,its organization life faces some problems such as unequal roles of teachers and students,unreasonable division of Party branches,insufficient communication between members,and the weak attractiveness of organization life.Based on the Party branches composed of graduate students and tutors as the research object,this paper thinks and explores how to improve the quality of the organization life of teachers’ and students’ Party branches.Based on the analysis of research data,it is recommended to scientifically set up Party groups,select and assign competent secretaries for teachers’ and students’ Party branches,strengthen the construction of branch committees,improve the pertinence of organization life content,and innovate working methods,as well as make the system of organization life strict,so as to optimize the organization life of Party branches,strengthen the effectiveness of organization life,realize the ideological guiding role of tutors,give play to the pioneering and exemplary role of graduate Party members,and promote the realization of the goal of enhancing morality and fostering talents from point to area.
