成果导向教育(OBE)在“农药毒理学”教学改革中的探索

摘　　要：随着国家对大学生就业和实用型人才重视程度的不断提高,成果导向教育(outcome-based education,OBE)显得越发重要。"农药毒理学"课程是一门专业核心课,是开设在各类专业基础课程之后的一门承接理论和实践的专业核心课程。当前"农药毒理学"课程教学存在诸多问题,偏离了OBE理念的要求,例如教学内容陈旧、教学方法单一、教学模式落后、学生参与度不高等。该文基于OBE的要求,在"农药毒理学"教学改革中进行了初步探索,围绕学生毕业去向和需求,提出一系列改革探索举措,包括重新梳理教学内容、归纳和总结教学案例、采用翻转课堂和思维导图、改革评价体系等,效果显著。在今后的教学中,需要整合各方面资源,让课堂最大限度地服务学生,让学生学有所成、学以致用。As the country attaches importance to the employment of college students and practical talents,outcome-based education(OBE) becomes more important.The course of"Pesticides Toxicology"is a professional core course connecting theory and practice opened after various professional basic courses.There are many problems in the teaching of"Pesticide Toxicology",which deviates from the theoretical requirements of OBE.For example,the teaching content is outdated;the teaching method is single;the teaching mode is backward;the participation of students is not high.Based on the requirements of OBE,this paper made a preliminary exploration in the teaching reform of"Pesticide Toxicology",and put forward a series of reform exploration centering on students’ graduation direction and needs,including reorganizing teaching content,summarizing teaching cases,adopting flipped classroom,mind mapping and reforming the evaluation system,etc.The effect is remarkable.In the future teaching,we need to integrate all kinds of resources to maximize the classroom service for students,so that students can learn and apply what they have learned.
