摘  要:为研究新型开孔全钢(Tin-T)屈曲控制支撑抗震性能,利用Abaqus软件对新型开孔全钢(Tin-T)屈曲控制支撑构件进行静力弹塑性分析,并研究对比7种不同支撑构件在往复加载作用下的滞回曲线、骨架曲线以及耗能等抗震性能.结果表明:开孔全钢(Tin-T)屈曲控制支撑比单管支撑的受压承载力提高131.46%,耗能系数提高18.39%;全钢(Tin-T)屈曲控制支撑表现出开孔率越大,抗震性能越差的特性,且在众多因素中,开孔率对构件的抗震性能影响最大;在开孔率不变的前提下,开孔均匀分布会让外约束方管刚度削弱区域分散,有利于屈曲控制支撑整体性能.新型开孔全钢(Tin-T)屈曲控制支撑具有良好的抗震性能,且可有效减少结构钢材用量,可在实际工程中广泛使用和推广.In order to study the seismic performance of a new type of open-hole all-steel(Tin-T)buckling control brace,the finite element software ABAQUS is used to carry out static elastoplastic analysis of the open-hole all-steel Tin-T buckling control brace member.Under the same loading conditions of 7 groups of brace members,a comparative study of the seismic performance data such as hysteretic performance,skeleton curve and energy consumption of each brace member found that compared with the single-tube brace,the external constrained square tube with the open-hole all-steel(Tin-T)buckling control brace has a 131.46%increase in compressive bearing capacity,and the energy consumption coefficient is increased by 18.39%.The open-hole all-steel(Tin-T)buckling control brace obviously shows that the larger the opening rate,the worse the seismic performance,and among many factors,the opening rate has the greatest impact on the seismic performance of the member.Under the premise of the same opening rate,the uniform distribution of openings will disperse the weakened area of the externally constrained square tube,which is conducive to the overall performance of the buckling control support.Therefore,the new open-hole all-steel(Tin-T)buckling control support has good seismic performance,and reduces the problem of large amount of structural steel,which can be widely used and promoted in actual projects.
