摘　　要：为研究抗静电缝纫线,文中采用后整理的方法,选取4种抗静电助剂、两种长丝细度,在纱线筒子完成染色、水洗后,抗静电助剂在缸内浸渍处理,再经制线上油,对比试验样品的力学性能、缝纫性能、抗静电性能。试验结果表明,Dystar CFC助剂选用4%的用量,浴液环境pH需0.5 g/L的HAC,保温时间15min,可使洗涤前及3次洗涤后的半衰期均小于10.0 s,具有较好的抗静电效果。24 tex与12 tex长丝洗涤前的半衰期相差0.4 s,3次洗涤后的半衰期相差0.3 s,长丝细度并不直接影响抗静电性。经多次洗涤后,抗静电剂在纱线表面的结合牢度不够,较难保持长久的抗静电效果。In order to study the antistatic sewing thread,this paper adopts the method of post-finishing,and selects four antistatic auxiliary agents and two kinds of filament fineness.After dyeing and washing of the yarn bobbin,the antistatic auxiliary agent is impregnated in the cylinder,and then the wire is greased to compare the mechanical properties,sewing properties and antistatic properties of the test samples.The results showed that:4%of Dystar EVO stat CFC auxiliant was used,HAC of 0.5 g/L was required for the pH of bath liquid environment,and the holding time was 15 min,which could make the half-life before washing and after washing for 3 times less than10.0 s,and had a good antistatic effect.There is a difference of 0.4 s between the half-life of 24 tex and 12 tex filament before washing and 0.3 s between the half-life of 24 tex and 12 tex filament after washing for 3 times.The filament fineness does not directly affect the antistatic property.After washing for many times,the binding fastness of the antistatic agent on the yarn surface is not enough,so it is difficult to maintain the antistatic effect for a long time.
