智能化缂丝机引纬打纬装置改进措施分析

摘　　要：文章在原有缂丝机自动化研究的基础上,对其智能化的发展做进一步研究。利用SolidWorks建模软件对改进后的引纬打纬装置进行建模分析,并且制作其运动过程效果图。引纬装置是从解决色纬选择及动作实现机理方面进行改进,改进后的打纬装置可以解决重复打纬问题。文中的研究讨论和引纬打纬装置进行改进的模型对缂丝机自动化、智能化的探索研究具有积极的促进作用,具有一定的创新意义和实用价值,为行业提供缂丝机研究新思路。On the basis of the original K’o-ssu machine automation research,further research on its intelligent development in this article.The SolidWorks modeling software is used to model and analyze the improved weft insertion and beat-up device,and to produce the effect diagram of its movement process.The weft insertion device is improved from the aspects of solving color weft selection and action realization mechanism.The improved beating device can solve repeated beating.The research and discussion of the thesis and the improved model of the weft insertion and beat-up device have a positive promotion effect on the automatic and intelligent exploration and research of the threading machine,and have a certain innovative significance and practical value.It provides K’o-ssu machine research for the industry New ideas.
