摘　　要：污泥热解资源化技术是近年来新兴的一种污泥处理处置技术。本文分析了我国污泥热解资源化成套装备运行现状和存在的问题,梳理了当前节能环保相关政策规划对污泥处理处置工作的要求,以及开展污泥资源化成套装备运行效果评价方法和评价指标体系研究,提升污泥热解资源化成套装备的运行效率和管理水平的迫切需求;重点论述了污泥热解资源化成套装备运行效果评价指标体系构建的原则和思路、评价指标体系的构建,评价技术要求和评价方法的确立,旨在以标准化手段促进我国污泥处理处置环保装备和系统设施运行可靠性和有效性的有效提升。Sludge pyrolysis as a resource is a new sludge treatment and disposal technology.In this paper,the operation status and existing problems of the complete equipment for sludge pyrolysis as a resource in China are analyzed,and the requirements for sludge treatment and disposal in current energy-saving and environmental protection policies and plans are sorted out,it is necessary to study the evaluation method and evaluation index system of the complete equipment for sludge recycling to improve the operation efficiency and management level This paper mainly discusses the principles and ideas of constructing the evaluation index system of the operation effect of the complete equipment for sludge pyrolysis,the construction of the evaluation index system,the establishment of the evaluation technical requirements and the evaluation methods,the purpose of this paper is to promote the improvement of operation reliability and effectiveness of environmental protection equipment and system in sludge treatment and disposal in China.
