摘　　要：本文系统介绍了国内法庭科学领域鉴定方法的现状,重点介绍了鉴定机构选择鉴定方法的原则、方法的确认、标准的采用以及采标遇到的问题等。针对这些问题,提出解决方法。鉴定方法的正确选择,是保证鉴定质量的核心。This article systematically introduces the standards in the field of forensic science in China,focusing on the principles of appraisal institutions’selection of identification methods,method confirmation,adoption of standards,problems encountered in standard adoption,method deviations and self-editing technical methods.The correct choice of identification methods is critical to ensure the quality of identification.The authors hope that the appraisal agency can strengthen communication and exchanges with the Criminal Technology Standardization Committee,and the two will give feedback to each other to achieve coordinate development.
