摘  要:目的探讨杂合式血液净化方案(hybrid blood purification therapy)对老年慢性肾衰竭(chronic renal failure,CRF)患者肾功能指标及中分子毒素水平的影响。方法选取我中心2017年10月至2020年6月期间收治的127例老年CRF患者作为研究对象,采用数字表法随机分成两组,对照组63例给予单纯血液透析治疗,观察组64例给予杂合式血液净化方案,观察两组患者肾功能指标、营养状况和中分子毒素水平。结果观察组肾功能指标、营养状况和中分子毒素水平改善程度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论杂合式血液净化方案能够清除中、大分子物质,促进新陈代谢,纠正代谢紊乱,可有效改善老年CRF患者肾功能指标及营养状况,降低中分子毒素水平。Objective To investigate the effects of hybrid renal replacement therapy(HRRT)on renal function and middle molecular toxins in elderly patients with chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods A total of 127 elderly CRF patients in our department from October 2017 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group patients were given with hemodialysis treatment,the observation group patients were given with HRRT.The renal function,nutritional status and the level of middle molecular toxins were observed in the two groups.Results The improvement of renal function,nutritional status and middle molecular toxin levels in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion HRRT could effectively improve renal function,nutritional status and the level of middle molecular toxins in elderly CRF patients by removing middle and large molecular substances,promoting metabolism,and correcting metabolic disorders.
