回国留学生与国内毕业生求职比较研究

摘　　要：近年来,越来越多的留学毕业生选择回国就业发展,不断加入到国内求职队伍中。本研究通过对国内高校毕业生及回国就业留学生的就业求职比较研究,以期对国内毕业生就业工作和回国就业留学生的就业求职服务工作带来一定启迪。In recent years,more and more graduates have chosen to return to their home countries and continue to join the domestic job hunting journey.The overall academic level of international students is higher than that of domestic graduates,with higher job search expectations,but there are varying levels of academic knowledge and low recognition by domestic employers.They do not know enough about the requirements of companies,have less access to employment guidance and services,graduate at a different time to recruitment and lack professional practical training in their training mode.The employment support received is less than that received by domestic graduates.This paper helps international students face up to their employment difficulties by comparing the current job search situation of returned international students with that of domestic graduates,and suggests feasible countermeasures for job search such as fully understanding and utilizing the support policies of domestic governments at all levels,strengthening professional foundation,making good career planning,familiarizing themselves with recruitment channels and increasing internship experience.
