金融社会工作助力大学生返乡创业可行性探析——以“陇心”大学生创业团队为例

摘　　要：大学生返乡创业既可以缓解日益严峻的就业压力,更能为乡村振兴引入难得的高素质人才资本。但是受多重因素的影响,刚出校门的大学生返乡创业很难顺利渡过初期阶段。本文以"陇心"大学生创业团队为样本,从金融社会工作的视角出发,分析大学生返乡创业初期遭遇到的金融问题,缺乏基本金融素养、金融运作能力、金融社会支持网络和金融风险防范不足成为创业起步阶段主要特点。本研究呈现金融社会工作助力大学生返乡创业的实务操作过程,探讨优势和取得的服务成效,反思存在的缺陷和不足,希望为多元社会力量参与扶持大学生返乡自主创业提供有意义的启发。College students returning home to start their own businesses can not only alleviate the increasingly severe employment pressure,but also introduce rare high-quality talent capital for Rural Revitalization.However,due to multiple factors,it is difficult for college students who have just left school to go through the initial stage of entrepreneur ship.This paper takes"Longxin"College Students’entrepreneurial team as a sample,from the perspective of financial social work,analyzes the financial problems encountered by college students in the early stage of returning home to start a business.The lack of basic financial literacy,financial operation ability,financial social support network and financial risk prevention are the main reasons for the start-up stage.This study presents the practical operation process of financial social work to help college students return home to start their own businesses,discusses the advantages and service results,and reflects on the existing defects and shortcomings,hoping to provide meaningful inspiration for the participation of multiple social forces to support college students’return home to start their own businesses.
