摘　　要：J亚群禽白血病病毒(ALV-J)是一种高致癌性反转录病毒,可引发髓性细胞性白血病及各种肿瘤性疾病,并产生免疫抑制,易继发细菌及其他病毒感染。长久以来,禽白血病给养禽业造成了巨大的经济损失,且没有有效的预防和治疗手段,仅依靠禽白血病病毒的净化,仍不能有效控制禽白血病的流行和蔓延。本文主要阐述ALV-J病毒的感染、复制、致瘤及免疫抑制机制、宿主天然抗病毒过程及其分子机制,对需要进一步深入研究的目标和内容提出了展望。Avian leukemia virus Subgroup J(ALV-J)is a highly oncogenic retrovirus that causes myeloid cellular leukemia,various neoplastic diseases and severe immunosuppression,as well as co-infection and secondary infection with various bacteria and viruses.For a long time,avian leukemia has caused huge economic losses to the poultry industry,and there is no effective means of prevention and treatment,relying only on the purge of avian leukemia virus,it can not effectively control the prevalence and spread of avian leukemia.This paper focuses on the molecular mechanisms of viral infection and replication,tumorigenic mechanism,immunosuppressive mechanism and antiviral immunity during ALV-J infection,and also presents an outlook on the objectives and contents that need further in-depth research.
