摘　　要：为了解近3年来国际马病疫情发生情况,分析流行趋势,本研究根据农业农村部国际疫情动态信息,归纳总结了2018—2020年国际马病疫情流行情况,拟为未来我国马病防控提供参考。疫情分析结果显示,近3年来国际马病疫情发生频繁,其中马流感、西尼罗热河、非洲马瘟、西尼罗河热等马类疫情发生较多。我国尚未报告的西尼罗河热、非洲马瘟等疫病对我国有较高的输入风险。此外,不能忽视西尼罗河热、马鼻疽等人兽共患病对于公共卫生安全的影响。建议应根据疫病流行形势的变化,及时调整相应防控措施。In order to understand the international epidemic situation of equine diseases in the past three years and analyze the epidemic trend,this paper summarized the epidemic situation from 2018 to 2020 according to the dynamic information of international epidemics of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs,in order to provide reference for the prevention and control of equine diseases in China in the future.The results of epidemic analysis showed that the international equine diseases occurred frequently in the past three years,including equine influenza,West Nile fever,African horse sickness and equine encephalomyelitis.West Nile fever and African horse sickness have not been reported in China,and these diseases pose a high introducing risk to China.In addition,we should not ignore the impact of zoonoses such as West Nile fever and glanders on public health.It is suggested that the corresponding prevention and control measures should be adjusted in time according to the changes of epidemic situation.
