益心舒片联合西药治疗心脏神经官能症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益心舒片联合西药治疗心脏神经官能症的疗效及对焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法:选取80例心脏神经官能症患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组各40例。2组均接受常规对症治疗,对照组口服盐酸文拉法辛缓释胶囊,观察组在对照组基础上加用益心舒片。2组均治疗1个月。观察2组临床疗效及治疗期间不良反应发生情况,比较2组治疗前后Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、心脏自主神经功能[深呼吸心率差、立卧位心率差、起立后第30次与第15次心搏时RR间期的比值(30/15比值)]变化。结果:治疗后,观察组临床疗效总有效率为97.5%,高于对照组85.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗期间,2组发生的不良反应主要有口干、恶心、头晕、食欲不振以及便秘,观察组不良反应发生率为12.5%,对照组不良反应发生率为32.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组SDS、SAS评分均较治疗前降低,观察组上述2项评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组深呼吸心率差、立卧位心率差均较治疗前上升,观察组上述2项指标值均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益心舒片联合西药治疗心脏神经官能症的疗效较好,用药安全性较高,能改善焦虑、抑郁情绪,促进心脏自主神经功能恢复。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Yixinshu tablets combined with western medicine for cardiac neurosthenia and its effect on symptoms including anxious and depressive moods.Methods:A total of 80 cases of patients with cardiac neurosthenia were selected as the study objects,and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Both group were given routine symptomatic treatment;the control group was additionally given the oral administration of venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained-release capsules,and the observation group was additionally treated with Yixinshu tablets based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for one month.The incidences of adverse reactions during treatment and the clinical effects in the two groups were observed.Before and after treatment,the changes in scores of Zung Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),as well as cardiac autonomic nerve function including differences of heart rates during deep breath and vertical-horizontal position,and ratio of the 30 th to the 15 th R-R intervals after standing up(30∶15 ratio)in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of clinical effect was 97.5%in the observation group,higher than that of 85.0%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).During treatment,the adverse reactions in the two groups mainly included dry mouth,nausea,dizziness,loss of appetite and constipation;the incidence of adverse reactions was 12.5%in the observation group and 32.5%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the above two scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the values of differences of heart rates during deep breath and vertical-horizontal position
