利心丸联合缬沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察利心丸联合缬沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效及对明尼苏达心功能不全生活量表(MLHFQ)评分、6 min步行试验(6MWT)的影响。方法:回顾性分析85例慢性心力衰竭患者的临床资料,按治疗方式将其分为对照组与观察组。对照组43例给予缬沙坦胶囊口服,观察组42例在对照组基础上加服利心丸。比较2组临床疗效,并比较2组治疗前后心功能指标、MLHFQ评分、6MWT与血清炎性因子水平。结果:与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、MLHFQ评分及血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均降低(P<0.05),左心室射血分数(LVEF)、6MWT升高(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,观察组治疗后LVEDD、LVESD、MLHFQ评分及血清IL-6、hs-CRP、TNF-α水平更低(P<0.05),LVEF、6MWT更高(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率92.85%,高于对照组76.74%(P<0.05)。结论:利心丸联合缬沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭,可有效提高临床疗效,改善心功能,降低血清炎性因子水平,增加6MWT,降低MLHFQ评分。Objective:To observe the effect of Lixin pills combined with valsartan on the treatment of chronic heart failure and its effect on Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire(MLHFQ)score and 6 Min Walking Test(6 MWT).Methods:The clinical data of 85 patients with chronic heart failure were analyzed retrospectively,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods.A total of 43 cases in the control group were given valsartan capsules orally,and 42 cases in the observation group were given Lixin pills based on the treatment in the control group.The clinical effect in the two groups was compared,and the levels of cardiac function indexes,MLHFQ score,6 MWT and serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Compared with those in the same group before treatment,the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),MLHFQ score and the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in both groups were decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and 6 MWT were increased(P<0.05).Compared with those in the control group,LVEDD,LVESD,MLHFQ scores and levels of serum IL-6,hs-CRP and TNF-αwere lower in the observation group after treatment(P<0.05),while LVEF and 6 MWT were higher(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 92.85%in the observation group,higher than that of 76.74%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Lixin pills combined with valsartan for chronic heart failure can effectively improve clinical effect,improve the heart function,reduce levels of serum inflammatory factor,increase 6 MWT,and reduce MLHFQ score.
