温针灸治疗风寒湿型项背肌筋膜炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察温针灸治疗风寒湿型项背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法:选取117例风寒湿型项背肌筋膜炎患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组59例和对照组58例。对照组给予单纯针刺治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予温针灸治疗。比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后功能障碍积分、压痛积分及疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果:观察组临床总有效率为93.22%,对照组为72.41%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组功能障碍积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组功能障碍积分较治疗前降低,观察组功能障碍积分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组压痛积分及VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组压痛积分及VAS评分较治疗前明显降低,观察组压痛积分及VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸治疗风寒湿型项背肌筋膜炎疗效显著,可有效改善患者活动功能,减轻压痛感及疼痛感。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion for myofascitis of nape of wind-cold-dampness type.Methods:A total of 117 cases of patients with myofascitis of nape of wind-cold-dampness type were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,59 and 58 cases in each group respectively.The control group was treated with acupuncture only,and the observation group was additionally treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effect was compared between the two groups.Before and after treatment,dysfunction score,tenderness score and score of pain in Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate was 93.22%in the observation group and 72.41%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of dysfunction scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,dysfunction scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in comparisons of tenderness scores and VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,tenderness scores and VAS scores in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the two scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warm acupuncture and moxibustion has a significant curative effect in the treatment of myofascitis of nape of wind-cold-dampness type,which can effectively improve functional activities,and relieve tenderness and pain.
