基于中医治未病理论辨治小儿过敏性紫癜浅析

摘　　要：过敏性紫癜是儿科多发疑难病证,是一种以全身小血管炎症为主的变态反应性疾病,如有累及肾脏,则病情迁延,可发生肾衰竭及其他危重病变。中医治病注重未病先防、既病防变、病愈防复等理念,小儿过敏性紫癜具有相对缓慢的病理过程,且容易累及肾脏。笔者发掘中医治未病的理念源流,阐述过敏性紫癜治疗过程中初期防治外感与防止病情传变,极期防治紫癜引发危急重症,恢复期病愈防复与保护肾脏,以及肾脏受累早期防治的中医治未病理念及临床应用。Henoch-sch?nlein purpura,a paediatric multiple difficult conditions,is an allergic disease dominated by systemic small vessel inflammation,and can progress to renal failure and other critical lesions if there is renal involvement.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)focuses on the concept of prevention before disease onset,prevention of disease from exacerbating,prevention of recurrence,so that pediatric Henoch-sch?nlein purpura has a relatively slow pathological process and easily involves the kidneys.The author excavates the source stream of TCM concepts for the treatment of undesired diseases,explicates the TCM concepts and clinical applications for the initial prevention and treatment of external sensations and prevention of disease transmission during the treatment of allergic purpura,the polar phase prevention and treatment of purpura trigger critical illness,the recovery phase cure and prevention and protection of the kidney,and the early prevention and treatment of renal involvement.
