摘　　要：李云英教授认为脾虚清阳不升,浊阴上干,耳窍失养而功能失司,以致耳部病变为耳聋重要病因病机。李教授从健脾升阳益气方面论治耳聋,治疗时注重中医为体,辨证论治,遣方用药,进而有效治疗耳聋及延缓疾病发展。Professor Li Yunying believes that spleen deficiency,lucid yang failing to rise,turbid yin upward interference,loss of nourishment of ear orifices and loss of function,so that ear lesions are an important etiology and pathogenesis of deafness.Professor Li treats deafness from the aspects of strengthening spleen,promoting yang and supplementing qi.During the treatment,she pays attention to traditional Chinese medicine as the main body,syndrome differentiation and treatment,and application of traditional Chinese medicine and prescription,so as to effectively treat deafness and delay the development of the disease.
