摘 要:本文为了研究我国城镇行业间及内部的工资收入情况,通过对15年间两种不同单位城镇行业工资数据的分析,分别计算了城镇行业基尼系数与行业匹配系数。两种系数的测算结果近年来呈下降趋势,说明我国城镇行业的工资分配情况在逐渐优化,但其他单位行业分配差距要大于非私营单位,仍有提升空间。为了进一步减少行业间的分配差距,要同时考虑行业内部和外部的情况,注重制造业、建筑业、教育业及公共管理等弱势行业。In order to study the wage income of China’s urban industries and within the industry,this paper calculates the Gini coefficient and industry matching coefficient of the urban industry through the analysis of the wage data of two different units in the urban industry in 15 years.The calculation results of the two coefficients have shown a downward trend in recent years,indicating that the wage distribution in China’s urban industries is gradually optimizing,but the gap in the distribution of other units and industries is larger than that of non-private units,and there is still room for improvement.In order to further reduce the distribution gap between industries,it is necessary to consider both the internal and external conditions of the industry,and pay attention to disadvantaged industries such as manufacturing,construction,education,and public management.
