摘　　要：慕尼黑奥运会恐怖案是奥运史上发生的第一起恐怖事件,其悲惨的结局粉碎了德国以奥运会为契机,把友谊和欢乐留给世界的美好愿望。慕尼黑奥运会恐怖案处置失败的原因有很多,其处置过程中遇到的民族间复杂的关系和由此引发的文化冲突,也是不能忽略的一个原因。作为1972年慕尼黑奥运会恐怖案危机小组成员,Troger教授对慕尼黑奥运会恐怖案处置过程的讲述,既再现了当时的情形,也引发了我们对奥运会未来发展的思考。The Munich 1972 terrorist incident was the first terrorism case in the history of the Olympic Games.Its tragic ending shattered Germany’s good wishes of taking the Olympics as an opportunity to leave friendship and joy to the world.There are many reasons for the failure of the Munich Massacre.Among others,the complicated relationship between ethnic groups encountered in the process of its handling and the subsequent cultural conflicts caused by it cannot be ignored.As a member of the terrorist crisis team of the 1972 Munich Olympics Games,Professor Troger’s account of the terrorist incident handling process not only reproduced the situation at that time,but also triggered our reflection on the future development of the Olympic Games.
