摘　　要：目的评价康妇炎胶囊联合抗真菌药物治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病疗效与安全性。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献库等中文数据库,以及PubMed、The Cochrane Library、Embase等英文数据库,纳入康妇炎胶囊联合抗真菌药物对比单用抗真菌药物治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的随机对照试验(RCT),检索时间为建库至2021年6月30日。纳入文献研究的数据采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入15个RCT,1916例患者。Meta分析结果显示:康妇炎胶囊联合抗真菌药物组在提高假丝酵母菌转阴率[RR=1.35,95%CI(1.28,1.43),P<0.00001],提高临床愈显率[RR=1.46,95%CI(1.36,1.56),P<0.00001],改善临床症状体征[RR=-3.29,95%CI(-3.98,-2.60),P<0.00001],降低不良反应发生率[RR=0.23,95%CI(0.11,0.52),P=0.0003]及复发率[RR=0.31,95%CI(0.21,0.44),P<0.00001]方面疗效优于单用抗真菌药物组。结论康妇炎胶囊联合抗真菌药物治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的疗效优于单用抗真菌药物。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Kangfuyan capsule combined with anti-fungal agents in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis.Methods China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang,Weipu,China Biomedical Archives,and English databases such as PubMed,The Cochrane Library,Embase were searched by computer.Randomized controlled trials of Kangfuyan capsule combined with anti-fungal agents versus anti-fungal agents alone in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis were included,and the search time was from database establishment to June 30,2021.A Meta-analysis of the data of the included literatures was performed by using RevMan 5.3 software.Results A total of 15 RCT involving 1916 patients were included.The results of the Meta-analysis showed that in terms of increasing the negative rate of Candida bacteria[RR=1.35,95%CI(1.28,1.43),P<0.00001],improving the clinical recovery rate[RR=1.46,95%CI(1.36,1.56),P<0.00001],improving clinical symptoms and signs[RR=-3.29,95%CI(-3.98,-2.60),P<0.00001],reducing the incidence of adverse reactions[RR=0.23,95%CI(0.11,0.52),P=0.0003]and the recurrence rate[RR=0.31,95%CI(0.21,0.44),P<0.00001],the Kangfuyan capsule combined with anti-fungal drugs group had better efficacy than the single anti-fungal drug group.Conclusion The efficacy of Kangfuyan capsule combined with antifungal drugs on vulvovaginal candidiasis is better than that of antifungal drugs alone.
