摘 要:通过设置不同干旱胁迫处理研究了不同程度干旱胁迫对侧柏容器苗和裸根苗生理特性的影响,结果表明:随着干旱胁迫程度的增加,侧柏过氧化物酶含量、过氧化氢酶含量、脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量、丙二醛含量呈逐渐增加的趋势。在中度干旱和重度干旱下,侧柏容器苗的过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶显著高于裸根苗;但干旱胁迫下,侧柏容器苗脯氨酸、可溶性糖、丙二醛的积累量低于裸根苗。侧柏容器苗在干旱情况下,抗氧化酶调节能力较强,并且丙二醛积累较少,具有较高的干旱耐受能力,可作为干旱瘠薄山地造林的主要育苗方式。The effects of drought stress on physiological characteristics of container seedlings&bare root seedlings of Platycladus orientalis were studied.Result shows that peroxidase,catalase,proline,soluble sugar&malondialdehyde increase gradually with the increase of drought stress.Under drought stress,especially under moderate drought and severe drought,the peroxidase and catalase of Platycladus orientalis container seedlings are significantly higher than that of bareroot seedlings.However,under drought stress,the accumulation of proline,soluble sugar&malondialdehyde in container seedlings of Platycladus orientalis is lower than that of bareroot seedlings.In summary,under drought conditions,Platycladus orientalis container seedlings have strong antioxidant enzyme regulation ability&less accumulation of malondialdehyde.It can be used as the main seedling raising method for afforestation in arid and barren mountainous areas.
