摘  要:为构建电气性能良好的电感储能型脉冲功率电源的拓扑单元,以meat grinder类的拓扑为例,选择三种典型电路进行仿真对比.在1.42 kJ初始储能的前提下,比较了三种拓扑的电气性能.根据负载电流波形,发现meat grinder类电感储能型脉冲电源在放电结束阶段会产生较大的剩余电流.以此类电源作为电磁发射的供电系统,在电枢出膛时刻较大的剩余磁能会导致严重的膛口电弧和炮口烧蚀,从而降低系统的能量传输效率.基于meat grinder with SECT拓扑,提出一种可迅速关断负载电流的新型脉冲电源拓扑,并详细分析了该拓扑的工作原理.仿真结果表明:该拓扑具有良好的电流放大能力,同时具备负载电流关断能力强和能量转换电容电压自恢复率高的优点.To construct the topological unit of inductive energy storage pulsed power supply with excellent electrical performance,the meat grinder topologies were taken as examples,and three typical circuits for simulation comparison were selected.Three topologies electrical performance were compared on the premise of 1.42 kJ initial energy storage.According to the load current waveform,it was found that the meat grinder-type inductive energy storage pulsed power supply would generate a large residual current at the end of discharge.When this type of power supply was used as the power supply system for electromagnetic emission,the residual magnetic energy would cause severe muzzle arc and muzzle ablation,which could reduce the energy transmission efficiency of the system.Based on the meat grinder with SECT topology,a new pulsed power supply topology that could quickly turn off the load current was proposed,and the working principle was analyzed in detail.Simulation results show that the topology has good current amplification capability with the advantages of strong load current shutdown capability and high voltage selfrecovery rate of energy conversion capacitor.
