摘  要:针对时间交织模数转换器(TIADC)通道间存在的失配误差,提出一种基于参考通道的两步式校准算法.首先,利用参考通道与同采样时刻子通道ADC输出差值估计待校准通道间失配误差;然后,进一步利用输入信号的统计学原理对参考通道引入的带宽失配误差进行校准;最后,将二次校准结果复合得到最终的输出.将其应用于5通道、采样速率为1 ns-1的12 bit TIADC系统,仿真结果表明:当输入信号频率为130 MHz时,校准后的信号-噪声失真比(SNDR)由29.77 dB提升为73.96 dB,无杂散动态范围(SFDR)由32.02 dB提升为98.44 dB.Aiming at the mismatch errors existing between the time interleaved analog-to-digital converter(TIADC) channels,a twosteps calibration algorithm based on the reference channel was proposed.First,the difference value between the output of reference channel and subchannel ADC at the same sampling period was used to estimate the mismatch error.Then,a calibration technique based on statistical principle was adopted to calibrate the bandwidth mismatch error introduced by the reference channel.Finally,the final output could be obtained by combining these two calibration results.Applied to a five-channel 12 bit TIADC system with sample rate of 1 ns-1,simulation results show that when the input signal frequency is 130 MHz,after calibration,the signal-to-noise distortion ratio(SNDR) is increased from 29.77 dB to 73.96 dB,and the spurious free dynamic range(SFDR) is increased from 32.02 dB to 98.44 dB.
