摘  要:针对弧形闸门因结构布置不当使支臂双向偏心受压,导致整体稳定性降低的问题,采用理论法和有限元法,依据柱端无弯矩原则,提出了支臂在纵向框架内合理布置的统一方法.通过等载法、理论法和有限元法对不同水头、支臂个数和单位刚度比的756种布置方案的安全性和经济性进行分析评价.结果表明:在纵向框架内,等载法结构布置为大偏心受压,理论法为小偏心受压,有限元法为轴心受压;低水头时三种方法布置结构差别较大,高水头时后两种方法布置结构相近;单位刚度比对布置结果影响不大,但对经济性影响较大;有限元法布置的二、三支臂结构材料节省率分别达到32.63%~47.58%和21.61%~30.01%.理论法和有限元法结构布置既安全又经济,为闸门规范修订提供了理论依据.Aiming at the problem that overall stability of radial gate decreases seriously caused by arm two-way eccentric compression due to improper structure layout,based on the principle of no bending moment at column end,a unified method for reasonable layout of gate arms in longitudinal frame was proposed using theoretical and finite element method.The security and economy of 756 layout results with different water heads,different arms and different unit stiffness ratios were analyzed and evaluated by equal load method,theoretical method and finite element method.Results show that in longitudinal frame,the structural layout of equal load method is large eccentric compression,theoretical method is small eccentric compression,and finite element method is axial compression.At low water head,the three methods are quite different,and at high water head,the latter two methods are similar.The unit stiffness ratio has little effect on layout results,but has a great impact on economy.Material savings of two and three arm structures arranged by finite element method are 32.63% to 47.58% and 21.61% to 30.01%,respectively.Theoretical method and finite element method are both safe and economical,providing a theoretical basis for revision of gate specification.
