摘  要:对比研究了电炉和电渣重熔两种工艺生产的D2冷作模具钢铸锭和锻材组织,重点分析了合金中碳化物强化相的分布、形态及尺寸差异。结果表明,电炉和电渣重熔工艺生产的D2钢中碳化物均以Cr7C3型为主,形态包含辐射状和片层状。与电炉工艺相比,电渣重熔工艺生产的铸锭晶粒尺寸较小,碳化物分布更均匀。在相同锻压比下,电渣钢组织质量更高,可在较小的锻压比下获得更均匀细小的组织。The microstructure of ingot and forgings of D2 cold working die steel produced by electric furnace and electro slag remelting were compared and studied.And the distribution,morphology and size difference of carbide strengthening phases in the alloy were analyzed.The results show that the carbides in the D2 steel produced by electric furnace and electro-slag remelting processes are mainly Cr7C3,and the morphology includes radial and lamellar shapes.Compared with those of electric furnace process,the ingot produced by the electro slag remelting process has a smaller grain size and a more uniform carbide distribution.At the same forging ratio,the microstructure quality of electro slag steel is better,and a more uniform and fine microstructure can be obtained at a smaller forging ratio.
