摘  要:运用有限元软件Deform-3D对双S型辐板车轮压弯成形过程进行了数值模拟,研究了两种不同压弯工艺下的金属流动规律,得出两种工艺的最终成形情况、载荷行程及压弯模具磨损等参数。在此基础上系统分析了最优压弯方案下不同摩擦系数对压弯成形力的影响。最后,经过现场试验验证,车轮实际压弯成形情况与模拟结果基本一致。The forming process of double-S web wheel bending forming was numerically simulated by using finite element software Deform-3D.The flow law of metal under two different bending processes was studied.The final forming condition,load-stroke and die wear parameters of the two processes were obtained.On this basis,the influence of different friction coefficients on the bending force under the optimal bending scheme was systematically analyzed.Finally,after field test,the actual bending forming of the wheel is basically consistent with the simulation results.
