摘  要:针对超窄间隙焊接坡口宽度为4~6 mm的结构特点,难以直接对坡口宽度进行测量,提出采用电涡流传感器进行非接触式测量的解决方案。首先,通过建立电涡流传感器探头线圈在超窄间隙坡口中的仿真模型,分析了探头线圈的各个参数对传感器性能的影响,并依此制作了电涡流传感器探头;其次,设计了合理的电涡流传感器信号调理电路;最后,利用最小二乘曲线拟合法完成了传感器的标定。该测量方案实现了超窄间隙焊接坡口宽度的精确测量,并给出了试验测试实例。实验结果表明:电涡流传感器能够准确地实现超窄间隙焊坡口宽度检测,其最大测量误差为0.078 mm。In view of the structural characteristics of the ultra-narrow gap welding groove width of 4-6mm,it is difficult to directly measure the groove width.A solution for non-contact measurement using eddy current sensor was proposed.Firstly,the simulation model of the eddy current sensor probe coil in ultra-narrow gap groove was established,the influence of various parameters of the probe coil on the sensor performance was analyzed,and the eddy current sensor probe was fabricated accordingly.Secondly,a reasonable signal conditioning circuit of eddy current sensor was designed.Finally,the calibration of the sensor was completed by the least square curve fitting method.The measurement scheme realizes the accurate measurement of the width of the ultra-narrow gap welding groove,and gives an experimental test example.The experimental results show that the eddy current sensor can accurately detect the width of the ultra-narrow gap welding groove,and the maximum measurement error is 0.078 mm.
