摘　　要：自动化轨道式集装箱龙门起重机(ARMG)作为港口生产的核心设备,从钢结构制作和涂装施工质量控制、外场拼装及总装质量控制、电气安装及调试质量控制、功能测试及现场验收等方面进行全过程控制,以期获得符合标书要求且性能优异的集装箱装卸设备,需要对其实行全过程的设备监理。以深圳海星港ARMG的设备监理过程为范例,阐述了监理单位在质量控制方面所做的工作,对发现的主要问题进行分析并采取相应的应对措施,为同类工作提供借鉴与参考。Automated rail-mounted container gantry crane(ARMG)as the core equipment of port production,from the steel structure and painting manufacturing quality control,assembly and electrical installation and commissioning quality control,functional testing and on-site acceptance and other aspects of process control,to ensure that qualified and high-quality container handling equipment,the need to implement the whole process of equipment supervision.As the equipment supervision process of ARMG in MCT,Shenzhen,this paper expounds the work done by the supervision unit in quality control.The main problems found are analyzed and corresponding measures are taken,which can provide reference and reference for similar work.
