摘　　要：简要介绍宝山钢铁股份有限公司335t鱼雷型混铁车罐体、主动端和从动端、走行、倾覆装置、装配、试运行设备监造质量控制要点,阐述设备监造过程中发现的问题及处理过程、处理结果,有效保证鱼雷型混铁车的制造质量,现场热负荷无机械故障运行1年多。实践证明,按照鱼雷型混铁车设备监造控制要点进行质量监控是可靠的,为今后类似设备的监督检查和质量控制提供有益的借鉴。This paper briefly introduces the key points of quality control in the supervision of the tank device,driving and driven device,running gear,overturning device,assembly and trial operation of 335 tons torpedo car in Baoshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,and expounds the problems found in the process of equipment supervision,treatment process and treatment results,so as to effectively ensure the manufacturing quality of torpedo car.The thermal load has been running without mechanical failure for more than one year.The practice has proved that it is reliable to carry out quality control according to the key points of torpedo car,which also provides useful references for the quality control of similar equipment in the future.
