摘  要:大型球罐目前已经广泛应用于石油化工、化肥、制造等工业领域。作为一种常用于储存高危介质的第三类压力容器,球罐是否能够安全健康运行直接影响着企业生产和人民群众的生命安全。因此,对球罐开展定期检验检测意义重大。针对球罐焊缝的质量检测,采用TOFD技术优势明显优于常规超声及普通射线检测。对石化区某台3000m^(3)的液化气球罐进行TOFD检测,结合常规射线的手段进行结果复验,试验结果表明,TOFD检测是一种高效安全的焊缝内部检测手段,同时为进一步推广该检测方法需要积累更多经验。Large spherical tanks have been widely used in petrochemical,chemical fertilizer,manufacturing and other industrial fields.As a kind of the third type of pressure vessel often used for storing high-risk media,the safe and healthy operation of spherical tank directly affects the production of enterprises and the safety of people's lives.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out regular inspection on spherical tank.For the quality inspection of spherical tank welds,TOFD technology has obvious advantages over conventional ultrasonic and ordinary ray inspection.TOFD test was carried out on a 3000m^(3) liquefied gas spherical tank in the petrochemical area,and the results were rechecked with conventional ray method.The test results show that TOFD test is an efficient and safe method for internal inspection of welds.At the same time,more experience should be accumulated for further promotion of this test method.
